This website is a autobiographic presentation of projects & professional accomblishments achieved over a period of 20 y. by an Austrian Architect raised in African active in sustainable developments in European & SE European countries & Eastern Africa.
Architect & Project Manager Otto-Roman Barnert having extensive international experience in fields of management, design and supervision of projects in a wide range of structural construction & rehabilitation projects, with extensive construction management experience of the entire project cycle in a wide range of internationally applied construction standards, with extensive working knowledge of EU financing and procurement procedures, acquired through the work within international Agencies in implementing PHARE, OBNOVA & CARDS programmes in post conflict regions of SE Europe, but also E.Africa.
